🚨New Preprint (in press @ JPSP)🚨
Publishing my research on Germans' desire for a “Schlussstrich” (to achieve closure on the Nazi past) was hard, as it seemed too specific for one context to many. Our new paper led by @zakfio.bsky.social provides global perspectives on the desire to remember/ forget.
The areas are: (1) Social Policy, Social Welfare and Vulnerable Communities (2) Artificial Intelligence for the Social Good (3) Sustainable Water Management and Participatory Governance (4) Storytelling and Cultural Context for Addressing societal Challenges. Please join us in these areas!
We are delighted that the IPP-funded guest researcher stay of Prof. Srinivasalu resulted in identifying four joint research areas between colleagues at JGU and at University of Madras in India, which will be further operationalised in the planned Memorandum of Understanding between our universities.
Members of the IPP gathered for the 11th consecutive retreat in Bodenheim close to Mainz on 13th and 14th November. The main purpose of the retreat was once again to foster the exchange of research ideas and collaboration and talk about the future of the IPP.
