Yeah their customer service sucks. I once resorted to asking the wrestler who's merch I bought to find out where my stuff was, cos PWTees just ignored me for weeks. Also ignored me when they sent me the wrong item, to the point Whatnot just auto-refunded me cos they wouldn't respond to them either 😒
Must be embarrassing for PWTees to see the TL celebrating that they're no longer with AEW, only for them to go 'um...actually...we're still working with them' 😬
