Habitat fragmentation is a big threat to biodiversity worldwide. In the Gobi Desert, our WCS Mongolia team studies its effect on wildlife. They also work with nomadic herders (here recently placing GPS collars on livestock) to understand how fenced railways impact livestock and people. 🌏
