Excited to share my postdoctoral research on how neuronal #aging contributes to RNA dysfunction is now online at Nature Neuroscience! Here we find that aged neurons suffer from chronic cellular stress that compromises resiliency to new stressors🧪 www.nature.com/articles/s41...

Great new field.
Welcome to BlueSky @jamchemsoc.bsky.social !
Happy to celebrate your arrival amongst us with this new article (doi.org/10.1021/jacs...), in which we report on CoRP-seq, a technique for mapping RNA G-quadruplex #G4 transcriptome-wide in a fast, cheap and simple manner

How do replisomes walk on DNA? And what happens when they run into a G-quadruplex? @sahilbatra.bsky.social and @benallwein.bsky.social provide unexpected insight in our latest paper with Richard Hite @mskcancercenter.bsky.social @science.org www.science.org/doi/10.1126/.... Congrats to all authors!
Ecstatic to see our paper "Long-read RNA sequencing atlas of human microglia isoforms elucidates disease-associated genetic regulation of splicing" now published in @naturegenet.bsky.social with @trajnp.bsky.social and @panosroussos.bsky.social @sinaibrain.bsky.social www.nature.com/articles/s41...

Hii:) can you join me please? Thanks!
That's a really interesting system from Georgia Tech. Immune Organoids! The research team used synthetic hydrogels which can make a microenvironment for B cells, isolated from human tonsils and blood, to mature and produce antibodies.
