i'll stay off this site for another week or two (or until my school break), just to get it out of my list of things i keep rotating inside my head, since shockingly having to many things to keep track of does zero good, it's just (more) stress.

maybe this year could be a year i find worth cherishing. despite everything that's happening all around, despite hiccups, despite setbacks, despite frustrations and regrets

still, i might be mentally not entirely where i want to be but i'm making small changes that i hope contribute to a better state of life than what i had going on before. now it's just going from recognising patterns, to acting on them. that's hard though so i'll take it slow. but it's getting better

taking a break from any social media platform is awesome actually, i'd recommend it if you can afford to do so. you start to remember that there are other ways to discover and learn things, you can reflect. and the pressure to do something productive constantly and guilt starts to slip away with it.
