I did it! I am now a tenured professor! Turns out I do belong after all! So grateful for everybody who supported me and pushed me all these years—from a small-town boy in post communist Bulgaria to a tenured professor @ Georgetown. Yabadabadoooo! Wow! Phew!

7/ Compliance, as you can imagine was far from perfect, so a more accurate summary of the findings is that reducing phone use for unnecessary stuff is good for you. You don't have to completely throw away the baby with the bathwater.
