Erend looks down to a bleeding cut on his upper arm, the sleeve rolled up and glove removed, letting out a disapproving hiss. In the next panel, he's looking to the side with a smile, asking, "At least women like scars, right?" to an offscreen Aloy as the cut bleeds heavier, blood dripping off his arm. There's a hint of an Oseram tattoo visible where his sleeve is rolled up.

Aloy, visibly annoyed yet blushing profusely at the bared arm of Erend, unrolls a clean bandage and pulls it taut with an audible snap like a whip. She replies: "Erend. You're bleeding. A LOT." She can't decide whether to be mad, flustered or concerned. So she's all of the above.

I realize I never broke in this account. Let's change that~

Talanah from the Horizon game series lies beaten in a crater in a direct homage to the iconic Yamcha Pose from Dragonball. These Lauren panels are like 4 pages apart. very normal behavior! nothing suspicious. I love her

A comic page, with the bigger top panel an establishment shot of an Oseram house (based on a house seen in the Horizon Hunters Gathering reveal trailer, the assumption being Erend will be stationed in there) during sunrise, the house still in shadow while the mountain behind is beginning to be illuminated by the dawn. The bottom panel shows a bare back view of Erend in the house, rising from his sleep and stretching with his arms held up. There's a bit of fan service in the way the back is rendered. ;) A smaller insert panel shows him reaching into a drawer, picking up one of his iconic orange striped shirts.

A five panel comic page. The top panel has Erend starting to slide on the shirt over his arms, him still drowsy and blinking away sleep. Rost and a young Aloy standing together. Aloy has a fresh wound on her forehead from the rock Bast throws at her, blood running down her face and dripping off her chin. Her expression is silent rage at the repeated injustices inflicted upon her due to being "motherless". She has her fist clenched, blood and squashed berries dripping off and onto the ground, where her blood causes fresh grass to grow. In fact, the green grass has grown on her trail, a green footprint not far behind her, expressing her role in giving new life to Earth. Rost stands behind her, sad and sullen at Aloy's state. He reaches out to her, but his hand is hesitant to actually touch her. In his other hand, he holds the necklace that originally belonged to his own daughter. A tree behind both of them is showing all stages leaves go through the year, with the withered, fiery orange stages of autumn around Rost. White branches emerge from his back, vaguely resembling an open ribcage. There's blood on the branches. The background is the mountain range with a newly risen sun, the very same that Rost spoke Aloy's name to.

He hasn't been officially released into the game yet, but he appeared in the reveal trailer last year in November. I'm still waiting for him to release in the game. He exists in the files though, and this is his bio from the files (it's incomplete, but this is what there is) "Steeljaw, a cyborg bounty hunter, has an exo-punch arm, lethal metal jaw, and bionic eyes targeting from 500 meters. His intimidating presence alone is often enough to make his targets surrender."
