Happy New Year! I’ve put all my plans for 2026 into writing and used the chance for a 2025 review here, if you’re interested: www.teesche.com/plans2026 Let’s go!
Part 2 of my story on "DIY Creating Ultra Running Races" is live! The BremenSanktPauli 100 Miler we put together back in June. Find out all about how we did it here: www.teesche.com/creatingrace...

I’ve published a new blog post! It’s about how my friend Nico and I put together the 5th Munich Breweries Ultra in May. A 80k/50mi run through Munich to visit the 7 breweries and have a beer each. About 50 people joined us, it’s been great. Read it here: www.teesche.com/creatingrace...
Thanks! I love how the gradient in the example looks exactly like the header and icon colors on my blog: www.teesche.com 😂 Whoever did the example (you?), they've got great taste I'd say!
CCC Blog Post and Podcast Episode are Published!
The Not-So-Little Sister Race of the Legendary Ultra-Trail du Mont-Blanc. Finally I made it to Chamonix to see what the fuss is about. The 101km (6,100m D+) race with all its extremes:

Where do you go after finally breaking three hours in the marathon race? One option is setting an even more audacious goal and working at it with professional help. Former pro Martin Grüning (2:13:30 PR) coached me. What’s that like? See here! www.teesche.com/martingrüningcoaching
new quick note on the blog: bunch of one-liners (or three-liners) for when you have `2025-03-02T01:38:41.969Z` and you want to render `March 1, 2025 at 8:38 PM` :)

Ok I really love Super Bowl halftime shows and I’m probably alone in this, but Lamar’s performance did not catch me at all. No ecstatic crowds, no dynamics, him just hating on another dude for 13 minutes straight. SZA was good though. Sam obvs too. Hoping for more power and enthusiasm next year.
Last year, I reached all the athletic goals I set for myself. Even though they were quite ambitious. Super proud of that. For 2025 I have set a few new ones. Here’s the overview blog post! www.teesche.com/plans2025
"DOOM: The Gallery Experience" on the web.

Awesome! Me too! There are about a dozen of us, I think. 😉
I even wrote a little API script that syncs my checkins into my own db, you know just in case. 🤓
Smoking sucks! How hypnosis helped me quit smoking for good nine years ago and shave an hour off my marathon time. A raw and honest story about breaking free from nicotine addiction. www.teesche.com/nosmoking 🚭 #quitsmoking
@strandbummler.bsky.social Hallo! Sollte man dir zurück folgen? Ist hier viel geiler Content aus dem Bereich der Apps zu erwarten, wie früher? Frage für einen Freund!
A year ago I came up with an audacious new goal for myself that might take many decades to achieve if it even ever happens. It’s ludicrous, possibly insane. But still I refuse to accept it won’t happen. A marathon run on the moon. Here’s more: www.teesche.com/moon #dreambig #marathon #runner 🌙
When I hit 5000 followers I will post the exact start time of the 2025 Barkley Marathons. #BM100
Screenshotted map of Hamburg Germany with purple colored streets which I’ve run so far.
My #EverySingleStreet #Running project map is starting to look better. Cracking the 1,000 streets of Hamburg barrier very soon!

Kinda starting to really enjoy this silly #EverySingleStreet project. I’m at around 1,000 of Hamburg’s 8,131 streets. It will take a while!

Chicago Marathon: The odd one out of the three World Majors in the US? After Boston and NYC last year I used the opportunity to go to Chicago. Here’s what I thought about it! www.teesche.com/chicago

I do like it though. Fast app, no glitches at first sight, a bit of discoverability available. Let’s see where this goes!
So this looks a lot like that other social network.
