We need Democrats to repeatedly, clearly, and with great specificity talk about the accountability to come for the regime.

April 8th reply to a Melania tweet from January: "Until you fall as a little chicken"
Tweets from Ungaro to Melania: I have nothing left to lose in my life. I will tear down the entire system—be careful with me bitch. I will tear down your corrupt system, even if it's the last thing I do in my life. I will go all the way—l am not afraid. Maybe you should be afraid of what I know... of who you are, and who your husband is. will take legal action against you and your pedophile husband. I have known you for 20 years. You knew I was detained in ICE. You were present in my life — every year on my son's birthday, even sending Secret Service and being the first to congratulate him, back in 2016.
@PamBondi Are you already aware of the situation? Do you fully understand the extent of the information I possess regarding you and the individuals associated with you? I strongly advise you to consider the seriousness of these matters. Any actions taken against me or attempts to escalate this situation could have significant legal consequences. I expect this to be handled with the appropriate level of responsibility and professionalism moving forward.
The night before Melania made her bizarre statement about Epstein and Maxwell, an Epstein survivor named Amanda Ungaro had a few things to say to FLOTUS on Twitter. 1/
75 minutes on a Wednesday is impressive AF though.
The commitment to growth is key though!
This and king for a day fool for a lifetime was the sound track to a portion of high school. Turning it on now.
Long distance running is such a mindfuck sometimes. Bailing on a run = listening to your body though and that’s going to keep you out of a bit a trouble. Good luck with your mitigation plans. Hope you don’t ruminate over them too much. You’re strong AF.
Thanks! I need to finish posting Egypt stuff!! Need to do days 3 and 4 and the Giza pyramids! Is highly recommend getting out there. What a crazy experience.
You’re so freaking strong 💪 March… more like run! Awesome month.
Dopamine IV right here.
Digital Crown still makes you queen of the hill!
Thank goodness for Body Glide.
Yeah… 80/20 is not 100/0, but sometimes we get busy and default to that 🤷♂️
Because you haven’t had really bad thigh chafing yet?
No medal, no bib, but we did get a nice tee shirt.
Here’s the video of music. Very cool experience.
Watching the sand blow off the dunes was so freaking cool. Also, the Egyptian flags are what marked the trail. You’d run to one, then scan the horizon to find the next. Made for a constant string of immediate, small goals. Music is from our Beduin hosts at the end of run day 1.
Aid stations had fresh dates, water, and our drop bags. The dust was more severe than yesterday (sandiest sand of the whole run) needed the buff for most of the day. #running
White Desert Ultra Day 2: I did a good job recovering, eating, and hydrating yesterday, slept great last night, and felt good for the day. Date rolls and instant coffee for breakfast. Got a good rhythm running the dunes and accidentally got ahead of the lead group pacer with another runner. #runchat
Yep! It was March 9-13, just been bad at posting.
Visited the Grand Egyptian Museum, learned about the contents of King Tutankhamen’s tomb, saw Khufu’s boat, saw where the boat was found (dismantled) the next day.
Went to Saqqara, accidentally rode a camel. Ethically conflicted, but it was very fun. Ramses statue is from the sculptures at Memphis.
The first day felt good, the main (unsurprising) challenge was sand getting in my shoes. Four of us were dumping our shoes every 5-8k all day. We decided to cover the vents of our shoes with KT (RockTape) tape which made day 2 much better.
The run had a faster and a slower group, each lead by one of the event organizers. Going in I wasn’t sure if I’d be in the front of the slower group or back of the fast since I think of myself as a very middle of the pack runner. I was surprised to be at the front of the faster group. 😳
White Desert Ultra Day 1: With two weeks between signup and start line I had a lot of questions about expectations. I answered them by just running by feel. This was not a race, it was a supported group run where we are all there to experience the white desert as we run through it together. #runchat
You stopped your watch 3 seconds too soon!
Running in wet shoes is fine as long as you’re using running socks. They start off cold but get better and drier through that next run.
So frustrating to fall early in a run. It feels like that should only be allowed to happen if you’re a bit tired.
Least surprising news.
I think being blind and dead and still seeing it coming just adds to the argument. (Blind and dead, or is it dead and blind? The former… I think)
That… it a lot of humans.
