Been asked a few times how I built the Artemis II tracker, so I've written it all up.
The trajectory maths, the NASA APIs, the telemetry fallback I bodged together on splashdown day. All of it.

A screenshot of an ad for Hoppers from Disney's Facebook account. The text begins with three lizard emojis followed by the cut-off text "Ho..."
Lizard, lizard, lizard, ho.
Gotta love arbitrary truncation based on length!
If the US deploys their troops to Venezuela, who will they deploy to harrass our peaceful protestors?!
We always knew #Oklahoma suffered in education, but for @ou.edu to publicly admit they favor sports and religion to knowledge is a bold move.
I guess a degree from #OU is worthless now?
I keep seeing people post stuff like "a single AI picture uses an entire bottle of water."
Hate #AI all you want, but this is a ridiculous statement. I should hope an obvious one at that.
A screenshot of Amazon for the LEXON Peas USB hub product. The product is several spheres on a string. It resembles anal beads more than a USB hub.
All of the reviews on this item are about its functionality as a USB hub. #suspicious
Finally bit the bullet and canceled my #Spotify account after many years of paying for the service. I can't justify spending money on a service that promotes hatred. If you run an ad for #ICE, you deserve to crumble.

I wonder if the next FIFA for @playstation.com will have the ability to award a peace prize to your favorite criminal?
Really says a lot about @fifaclubworldcup.bsky.social that they are praising a rapist warmongerer.
A screenshot of an article headline on CNN that reads "Doctor who sold ketamine to 'Friends' star Matthew Perry before his overdose gets 2 1/2 years in prison." Above the headline is a man in a suit wearing glasses, looking glum and staring directly at the camera.
This headline hits a little different if you're a fan of British sci-fi.

There are few things in life I am looking forward to as much as this Project Hail Mary movie. Really looks like they're doing the book justice.
Can't wait to meet #Rocky! #ProjectHailMary

So... does Trump not know what seditious means, or is he talking about himself?
Very sad to see Fallout treated so poorly by Bethesda. This is a garbage update wrapped in a shameful money-grab package.
Do better!
The Steam community notes on the new #Fallout Anniversary edition are great - literally hundreds of pages of fans acknowledging how poorly @bethesdastudios.com treats their fans by offering these complete garbage updates.
Truly remarkable how much they missed the target here.
I was expecting the #SteamFrame to launch, but didn't anticipate this #SteamMachine. It looks pretty neat!
I'm probably one of the last remaining users of the hardware #SteamLink, which is still a great device years later.
TIL the phrase "moon truther" and dammit, I hate it
(also yes, this tracks)
Setting up my new #NikonZf and realizing just how many settings I had customized in my last camera. Out of the box it felt so different, despite being very similar to my old #NikonZ6II.
Looking forward to trying this bad boy out!
A screenshot of Halo terms of service in Steam. The text has line breaks that cause sentences to be cut off in incorrect areas, causing a lot of unused space.
Ran into an interesting phenomenon just now: broken text formatting caught my attention and actually made me read part of a terms of service documentation.
Also apparently Microsoft is "quite relaxed about what you do" with Halo.
A screenshot of Mark Zuckerberg's avatar in Meta's Horizon Worlds
One day it'll be as lifelike as the Zuckerverse
A screenshot of a dialog asking "how was the meeting?" Below the text are stars to rate the meeting and an line art image of a user's profile with two round icons for microphone and camera below. The round icons are positioned on the chest of the user.
Dear WebEx: there's probably a better place to put two round icons
Me to Cursor: help me debug this complex logic
Cursor: the issue is that the logic is too complex
Life's too short to mourn for evil men.
The iPhone Air has to be one of the worst designed products in recent history. It's not any thinner thanks to the giant camera section, but they sure did remove a lot of space for that battery.
Seriously, why can't a phone have a flat back? Make. it. one. thickness.
Excited to take a dip into the latest #NoMansSky updates! Unfortunately I think I will have to abandon my old save with 98 hours as it's been so long I have no idea what's going on.
A screenshot of a checkout section on an Amazon.com cart - the "proceed to checkout" button has some extra dots below the text.
A screenshot of the same section as the previous image, but with dev tools allowing some text to be displayed. Here, we can see that the dots are actually the text "Check out Amazon Cart" below the main button text, mostly cut off.
Wiped my screen because I thought there was some dust - instead, I discovered this very important button on Amazon has a bunch of broken styling under the hood and there's some extra text being cut off.
This is the curse of being a #webdeveloper
First song on my #Spotify "Release Radar?" Feel Good Inc by the #Gorillaz - so new it's only 20 years old.
Live your life in a way where people don't celebrate a bullet in your neck.
Navigating a giant unknown codebase using Cursor with Claude-4 is just mind-blowing.
Love that this lil' clanker reads through the spaghetti code so I dont have to
