I'm trying to boot strap a business selling digital patterning software I've written from scratch to make it easy to go from 3D models to 2D patterns, this fursuit head was 100% digitally patternered using that software Pandafold - (bsky.app/profile/pand...)

Made a little more progress on the zebra, I'm mostly happy with how the mohawk looks, I've spent a lot of time sewing wefts to get here. Now the hard part is how to finish it all. #fursuit #fursuitwip #zebra

So I cast my liners into my expanding foam heads, this is what a liner looks like before I put it in the mold, it includes the lined mouth, ducts for fans, and some other ducts to help breathability.
It is an equine, but sadly the cast failed, so I'll have to redo it. I want to make a zebra to show off the patterning capability of Pandafold
