While signing books at the #Pride festival in Norwalk, CT, I had the opportunity to meet two amazing queens from RuPaul’s Drag Race: Kandy Muse and JuJubee! They saw my shirt and said they were both supporters of diverse books and the freedom to read. How cool is that?!

For example, before I published STRONG, I had no idea that there were different marketing tracks for books (commercial vs school & library) and that some books get both and some only get one if any. It was a big shock for me
I’m not sure what kind of presentation you’re putting together, but I’m always interested in behind the scenes industry data/info and fun insights. Peeks behind the curtain. Like how many submissions do agents typically get in a month? How many clients do they normally represent on average?
