Most relevant was the difference in solving day to day problems (customer support) vs ākeep me awake at nightā problems. These are easily confused by an organization in my experience, but the difference is really important to actually make happier customers.

Similar story here š my son currently uses my old 2012 MBP (still works great) and my old iPhone 12 mini (no complaints at all). Aside from luxury status and super refined UXā¦.the shit just lasts and I love tech being less disposable.
