What 'members rights'? The insistence on exclusive assignment takes away member's control over key rights. It may have been an expedient measure in 1914 but is not fit for purpose in today's world market.

An excellent read this month and should keep you going for the weeks before @hannahpeel.bsky.social 's new album is released. (Who doesn't love a 'sonic polymath'?)

Well I think this would be scripta as I have seen male scripta over the years in the garden later in the year on mint and marjoram.
