Lots of $$ being spent by the fossil fuel industry to try to convince us that clean air, good jobs, and reliable renewable energy are unaffordable. But our polling shows that MA residents know the truth – the path to energy affordability is local, clean energy.

Last week, the Speaker's chamber passed energy affordability legislation aimed at reducing high energy costs. It would make cuts to Mass Save, establish closer government oversight, and direct the state to refund some fees to consumers. Mariano admitted that the impact would be limited. "The completely honest answer is it's not going to help much at all," he said.
So you agree meme
So Mariano then agrees that taking an axe to Mass Save won't really do anything to address high utility bills. Sorry to all the reps who have been using his talking points to the contrary!
