The point about bespoke lies for each user is really worth thinking about.

As others have said, we ALL need to stop using the word 'hallucinations' - it's completely misleading as it makes them seem like aberrations, when the process that arrived at them is exactly the same as for the 'true' stuff

It's Random Acts of Kindness Day (tomorrow) and Random Acts of Kindness Week this week. So it's out with the sweets, homemade bookmarks and homemade magnets in the library for med students and healthcare professionals.
