A medium sized miniature for DnD, about 2 inches tall. It used to be a large crow-like bird but its back has split open into a large, bulbous, tumor-like mass. The sides were f the mass are framed by wrenched-apart ribcage. The bird has a half dozen eyes and has missing chunks of flesh from its wings, revealing additional bone structure (which is inappropriately shaped for being on the leading edge of a wing). It is crawling on 3 legs and hissing at something in front of it. Its feathers and beak are splattered in gore and a puddle of blood has formed on the tile and grass underneath it.

I made some terrain for our next game of Mordheim at the local gaming store.
I used the packaging box of a subwoofer for the stone tiles.
They already had their own texture, which made my job a lot easier (egg carton works just as well!).

Making some more progress on the cowl. This is a completely improvised piece made from deep stash of Manos del Uruguay Serena in Alpine.
