It's the Magic card "Emrakul, the Aeons Torn" with custom art. First off, it's named Emracool, which is very funny, and Emrakul is seen doing a kick flip on a skateboard (she's wearing a helmet, don't worry). The card has a 90s kid media aesthetic.

I redid the lettering for this, and I still think it's funny.
