@jsteinpottery.bsky.social and I stacked the first two pallets of our very own kiln brick today. Someday soon, when we have the space to build, we’ll be ready!
Excited to be part of this amazing lineup!

Watercolor painting of a kestrel on a serviceberry branch
Playing with watercolors after many years doing everything else. It’s been easy to get carried away.

A knit sweater made of warm brown and green wool yarn
Loved knitting up these colors for a @jsteinpottery.bsky.social sweater. Brown yarn is dyed with black walnut, green is woad and Osage orange with a quick dip in the black walnut exhaust bath 🤎💚
Plant dyed wool really glows✨

Awesome!
Two ceramic sheep heads in a large wooded crate.
As usual, overbuilding a crate so I can carefully drive these two to Wheeling WV for this year’s Earth and Fire exhibition. I love building crates, this one’s been extra fun.
