The challenge I was told with switching was you wouldn’t actually know what $ number SAVE/PSLF would expect you to pay for it to count in the end

Some of us are just caught in limbo if we were on SAVE. I was advised on the phone by my service not to pay because it likely won’t count towards PSLF and may completely mess up future payments by permanently impacting my status as a public service employee. I didn’t even know what to do with that
