Latest from the lab - a comparative transcriptomic analysis of glandular trichomes from cannabis, hops and tomato plants. In it we identify which transcriptional regulators are shared and which are not doi.org/10.1111/tpj..... We also provide big datasets of gene expresison across several organs.

Yea, that and the assays used to determine motifs are a bit crude really. They never give a precise motif - there's uncertainty at some/all bases.
