Applejack makes her pull her hair back while working for safety. Over time, she is able to take charge without hiding behind her hair.

Normal size but feels too small because family and friends are larger. She is usually anxious but hides it behind her bangs. When it’s harder to see possible judgmental stares, she can be braver and more outgoing.

As a unicorn, she has small eyes, like Twilight. Hers are farther apart and she thinks they look funny so she uses makeup to make her eyes look longer

Pegasi are smaller than other ponies which lets them fly. RD has larger wings than normal which makes her a strong flier. She loves her mask marking, says she was born a hero. Her fur refracts light so it looks rainbow when it separates from the body and in the thinner part of her wings.

The Apple family is special. They all have a similar making looking like a tree on their flanks. Their cutiemark become the fruit of that tree. AJ, while loving apples and the farm, has her own garden. This is how she met Flutter. They enjoy sharing that space and talking about their love of plants.

Like all earth ponies, they are big and strong. The only thing bigger is Pinkie's bear hug. Despite her size, she bounces around quite gracefully. Her endurance helps her throw all the parties she needs.

Her wings are smaller than they should be which makes her a weak flier. Her animal friends help her practice flying. She sometimes talks to Scoot about flying trouble.
She also has a passion for plants despite not being an earth pony. She enjoys talking to AJ about gardening.

Rarity is a bit older than the others in the group but enjoys their antics. She is able to make fabric and thread from gems through her magic.
She learned she was a crystal pony after spike saved the crystal kingdom. It explained her affinity to gem related magic.

Before she became an alicorn, her horn was small. Despite this, she was able to do strong magic but it wore her out.
After becoming an alicorn, she had to get used to her horn that now matched her magic. She knocked over lots of things and had trouble balancing her head.
