Avg New Property is 93%

Avg Existing Property is 45%

Additionally Rent pressures are stopping people from attending university

Or Alternatively massively scale up mortgages so that people’s savings aren’t eaten up by rent

With the average price for a new property it would take roughly 20 years to save on a middle class salary and on a minimum wage salary as much as 60

The price needs to be brought down by more then 25% to make it realistic
