S&P 500 is 512%

Gold is 370%

Avg New Property is 93%

Avg Existing Property is 45%

Inflation was 32%

Additionally Rent pressures are stopping people from attending university

With the average price for a new property it would take roughly 20 years to save on a middle class salary and on a minimum wage salary as much as 60

The price needs to be brought down by more then 25% to make it realistic
