DEI is good: Research shows that when a business is more diverse, it has better financial outcomes. A 2023 global analysis conducted by McKinsey found that companies with high gender or ethnic diversity have a 39% greater likelihood of financially outperforming companies who weren’t diverse.
We hope they do too.
My hope during this dark period is that Hollywood holds the line. It took decades of clawing and speeches and protests and demands to get the inclusion we barely have now. Names will be taken and remembered if you go backwards. #diversity #equity #inclusion #accessibility
