Someone else with their own style doing my job with the same group of people could make it a very different team for example.

I've wondered about this too, but now I consider it more as I am responsible for them and I provide some leadership and management glue in my own style, which brings it all together and that makes it my team.

Yesterday a couple of members of the Digital Learning Team hosted a prompt-a-thon. This was a pilot ahead of a University-wide event planned for later this year. Was a really thoughtful and playful way to engage with GenAI tools and effective prompt writing. Had some great discussions as a result.
