I'm in need of suggestions for a class:

What writers have distinct and amazing voices? You read a sentence or two and know it's their work. The music of the words draws you in and elevates the story.

Looking for all genres. Bonus points for specific lines to examine.

After I upgraded @affinitybyserif Photo, Designer, & Publisher (purchased direct from Affinity, not through the MS Store) on my Windows 10 PC, they wouldn't connect to the registration server. Easy fix: just run the program as administrator. Haven't tried on my Windows 11 PC yet.

Finally cooking some of my homegrown sweet potatoes from this year. Two varieties. Fingers crossed they cured properly.

I just spent a couple of minutes wandering around our admittedly cluttered but not large kitchen, searching for where I left my coffee. I finally found the empty mug in the sink. I'd already drunk my coffee.
