Honestly ClearCode is intentionally scoped small, so I can’t speak to massive frontends. But esbuild’s speed comes from its architecture, not project size — it stays fast as things grow. For larger apps I’d still pick it over Webpack unless I needed very specific plugin support
Speed and simplicity. esbuild compiles TS almost instantly, and for a single-user local app I didn’t need Webpack’s complexity or Rollup’s tree-shaking. Rails has first-class esbuild support via jsbundling-rails, so it clicked into place with minimal config.
The colorblindness settings. As someone with tritanopia, have an actual theme that works and isn’t just a bland “high contrast” setting, has been a game changer

🚨HOLY CRAP. An ICE whistleblower just revealed a secret memo authorizing ICE officers to break into homes without a judicial warrant, which DHS's own legal training materials say is unconstitutional!
ICE then hid the memo from the public, passing it along by word of mouth and private conversation.
