Today is American Diabetes Alert Day, a reminder of the importance of early detection and prevention. We thank the physicians, nurses, and care teams working every day to help patients manage diabetes and reduce long-term health risks through education and coordinated care.
On World Kidney Day, we raise awareness about kidney health and recognize the providers who help prevent, diagnose, and manage kidney disease. Access to early screening and coordinated care can make a lifesaving difference for patients across California.
Healthy communities start with healthy smiles. On National Dentists Day, we recognize the dental professionals who provide essential preventive care and treatment across California. Their work strengthens overall health and expands access in the communities they serve.
February is National Children’s Dental Health Month! We recognize the providers in our coalition who help children access preventive care and build healthy habits early. Oral health is essential to overall health, and every child deserves a healthy smile.
