They ranked Tony’s last, sure… but when I was a teenager, they’d run $2 sales FOR AN ENTIRE PIZZA. I definitely would stock my freezer. Considering I’d eat an entire pizza in one sitting back then, that was tough to beat. If I was feeling fancy, I’d shell out a few extra bucks for the Red Baron.

I can confirm that almost no high school students of mine know who Nolan Ryan is… even the baseball players. Most don’t even recognize the name Cal Ripken anymore. They know Griffey, but anybody post Babe Ruth and pre-Jeter seem to be forgotten. Pre-2000 NBA and NFL players they know much better.
