There's a little less than 2 days left before the voting ends for the Feedback Quest 8 jam on itch!
My game Croquis is in it, and I already have a big list of things to improve. If you can spare an hour this weekend to destroy my game and give me nice feedback, its here โฌ๏ธ

Hi! Iโd love to join :)
Congrats it looks well polished for such a short devtime!
My main inspirations for Croquis are the Portal games and The Witness, so if it's your kind of games, go check it out!
I'm looking for feedback cause I find it hard to make this type of gameplay "fun"
I just released the demo for my puzzle game Croquis on itch! (Steam should be coming soon)
Learned a ton, especially with Blender and doing 3D with Godot

Love it, Iโm feeling Conkers bad fur day vibes somehow
Just found out you can add reverb (and many other audio effects) to any of your audio buses in Godot
it's just the little things <3
Playing around with some trampoline puzzle ๐ข

French cover of On Heroes and tombs, by Sabato
Awesome read ๐ฎ too bad I learned later that it was considered the second of a trilogy, oh well
if you're into 3D puzzle & platformer games, you can wishlist or just follow me here, and I'll let you know when the first playtest session will start ๐
Rooms 7 & 8 took way more time than the previous ones to make
one more to go before the "polish" step and the first demo of Croquis should be ready!

Hi ๐ solo dev here!
Post your favorite one word movie
Iโm sorry but this is hilarious ๐ i want a game where every npc speaks like this
Many bangers here! And a few I missed. Elephant sitting still is definitely on my watch list
C'est vraiment trop beau, bravo !
I think Bacon_ is my favorite YT channel for this, just Oblivion being goofy lol
Working on the title screen for my game
Now I just need to learn how to do ambient electronic music or some bleep bloop deet doot SF sound effects and I'll have some โจ vibe โจ here
(oh and I want to make the pen fall from the hand if the player waits too long here, but that's bonus)
Probably my next anime, i heard itโs crazy good !
A screenshot from "Croquis": in the tutorial, we see a whiteboard with instructions written on it and a few post-it notes here and there
Just post-it-ing

Yes. Right now Iโm lucky because Iโm in between jobs, so i can work full time on my game. But back when i had a job, switching to doing game dev in the morning really changed everything. More motivation, more daily progress, and also more motivated at my official job lol
Beautiful ! Did you use Substance painter ?
ces miniatures deviennent de plus en plus folles
anyway, for Croquis, I estimate 6-8 months of dev, and hopefully the demo will be out in Sept. / October for October's Steam Next Fest ๐ค
(My other big project is on hold currently because I want to focus more on shorter games (to develop, and to play!) as this is more motivating and I'm learning way more)
For more context: this is a 3D puzzle & platformer game, where you play a robot that a bunch of scientists use to solve problems and improve their AI. Well that's the lore anyway ๐
What a better day than #WishlistWednesday for my Steam page to be approved!
If you like some of the games that inspired me (Portal, The Witness), consider checking it :)

Drawing on paper and checking your solution, 2 of the main mechanics of my puzzle game, are now functional ๐ฅน now I "just" need to make progressively harder rooms
#indiegame #godotengine
The "paper on a clipboard" interface of the game, where the player can draw lines between points
Prototyping the first map with very basic shapes as a placeholder for buildings. We can also see a vane pointing north, attached to the building
so hyped about the first 3d game I'm working on
I still have a lot to learn about Godot's light and environment tho ๐
