rlang binaries weren't updated to 1.1.6 yet and I hit some errors installing from source, but the binary seems to be available now on CRAN servers, so maybe try updating the rlang package to see if that helps.

Super exciting development out of Ann Arbor to basically to create a secondary clean opt-in utility to sit alongside the main one. Will include βsolar and battery storage, efficiency and weatherization programs, and electrification for homes and businessesβ and eventually microgrids and geothermal.
