About 10 years old, trip to the educational farm to see the milking. Our return to school was delayed for ages (but was probably only 20 minutes) because one of our classmates, a walking disaster area, tripped and fell head first into about a foot of cow shit and had to be scraped clean. Happy days.

A tax barrister sued me personally for £8m for libel after we linked him to a tax avoidance scheme.

Today the High Court struck out the claim, granted summary judgment, and ruled it was a SLAPP. The judgment is highly critical.

I say this with the bluntness it requires: they will get people murdered if this continues. This is not just populism anymore either: it’s completely unhinged and a deliberate choice that does endanger lives. I am not saying this lightly at all.

The government will promise to carry out an economic impact assessment of its proposed copyright changes and to publish reports on issues including transparency, licensing and access to data for AI developers.
