Right! I think it also teaches you a lot about yourself. Especially knowing you can handle the thrill (and often stress!) of living on your own in a far away place for some time.

Spending a few months away on another continent really does have that effect. Suddenly you realize everything you ever took for granted is not the norm everywhere!

I need to find a way to reconnect with all the language people. I have a hard time finding them here 😭
