IHSS Providers represented by UDW Secure New Contract with Riverside County  On Tuesday, In-Home Supportive Service Providers (IHSS) represented by United Domestic Workers of America (UDW) arrived early to the Riverside County Board of Supervisors meeting to support the proposed contract renewal with the county. The Board of Supervisors voted unanimously to pass the union contract after months of bargaining with members. Rachel Terry, a Riverside IHSS Provider and UDW member, gave public comment to talk about the difference the IHSS program makes in allowing her to provide excellent care for her nephew from the comfort of their home.
