This is dolmen "D1", one of 52 prehistoric monuments in The Netherlands. These megalithic tombs were built by people of the Funnelbeaker culture, during the Neolithic period (New Stone Age) ca. 7.000–1.700 BCE. The stones themselves date back to Scandinavia, penultimate ice age 370.000-130.000 BCE.
