My sense is also that a number of governments want to put both texts (the 2022 agreement and the second part) up for approval at once. And because that second part feels so close, they keep waiting and the numbers slow down.
My Trade Secrets today. There’s a widespread fear that Trump protectionism will make China Shock 2.0 worse and export trade wars round the globe.
Continuing my irrepressible optimism, I think there’s a good chance we can avoid it.
