Local pain clinic not amazing since fab Dr left for NZ! but it’s coming up for 5 years now & I’m still working full time as AHT(& also now caring for elderly mum.) Pacing is key 😆 - but I see fab sports physio each week who enables me to have functional movement. Bad days happen but I’m stubborn !

I developed CRPS in my calf/foot so I understand the med issue - the balance between pain relief and brain working!
(CRPS also a form of Dysautonomia as Dr Gall lovingly explained!)

After Challenger and Columbia the dread is real - so glad that the mission was such a success. It has kept me occupied for the Easter holidays. Seems really strange not checking on the livestream!

Im looking for decent animations for some typical mechanics problems. Greatest height reached, rods on point of tilting etc.I rely too much on sketching each scenario/hand gestures! Curriculum time is too tight for practical demos and videos rarely show the nuances of the problem in the way I’d like
