Lavelle has 118 caps with the USWNT. I wonder how many other NWSL-era players have hit cap milestones with country before league, and if we’ll see it in the future.

Lots of factors for Lavelle’s relatively low number: shorter seasons in the earlier years of the league, her time at Man City, COVID, time away with USWNT, and of course the injuries.

Rose Lavelle, who joined the NWSL in 2017, had her 100th regular season league appearance today. Ann-Katrin Berger, who joined the league in 2024, had her 50th today.

I’m seeing the doctor this week so I requested a more efficient means of accessing the form. They suggested fax. The third time I called the insurance company and asked them to fax over the form, it finally went through to the doctor’s office

The blank form has to come from the insurance company. No one at the insurance company seems to know if the form is available anywhere on their website. They “can’t” (won’t) email it to me or send it to me in thee secure messaging system. They offered to send it postal mail.

The hospital and insurance company are fighting so I have to get my doctor to fill out a form to ask the insurance company to cover my visit (this doc is at a major hospital that has been in network for the past 4 years that I’ve been seeing her)
