Not sure of the point you want to make in relation to the currrent conversation, which is about continued Israeli expansion.
You might want to check your encyclopedia about, for example, how the 6 day war in 1967 started. It's a tired old repeating pattern that has destroyed the lives of millions.

Israel's statements of expansion are not "meaningless" to the millions of people killed, maimed &/or displaced, whose homes & livelihoods are demolished, wells sealed & agricultural land sprayed with herbicide.
