Our Ethan co- hosted the Digital Youth work conference by YouthLink Scotland alongside Hilary Phillips! He spoke about his love of #tech and how he contributed to @brilliantlabs-edu.bsky.social challenge as well First Tech Challenge UK. This is the power of #youthwork changing lives

While there's still a long road ahead, I'm proud of the progress we've made. We've focused on removing barriers to diversity and inclusion, embedding anti-racism across organisational work, and empowering staff to be agents of change.
We created safe spaces for vulnerability, learning, and connection. Together, we've explored challenging topics, dismantled preconceptions, and built foundations for lasting change
Racial Justice work can be very tiring, very traumatic and sometimes it feels that it's going no where. Reflecting on a transformative year of #antiracism work with 10 Edinburgh-based third sector organisations. BThis journey has been far more than a tickbox exercise
We recently ran an entrepreneurship workshop for our community alongside business gateway. It was a great chance to ask questions and learn about setting up business in the UK. Best of all, we got to share space and do it in person 🫶🏾
