Good morning. Another lovely scene!

How is it possible that I love two kitties THIS MUCH and I’ve never even met them? They are perfection.
Indeed.
Wonderful colors here.
So peaceful.
Thanks. It's such a sad story that lead to his death. I pray he is at rest now, too.
GASP. Someone is speaking something other than English. Are we even listening to ourselves any longer?
I'm genuinely laughing out loud at this one. They broke the mold when Wild Thing was born. 😅
You and your team are simply too good for words, Niall. Big love to you all!
Exactly. Tell us you’re out of touch without telling us you’re out of touch.
1,000 times yes to this:
Curlew sitting on drystone wall, above, another curlew in flight, wings and primaries spread.
A curlew feeds in the cottongrass.
#WorldCurlewDay, a day when the curlew stands for all species caught in the climate and biodiversity crisis. I will take a walk on the moor after lunch and be grateful for their presence.
Thanks, Gina. I didn’t really know him - he seemed very private. Still, I feel his absence so palpably. Can’t stop thinking of him dying alone. 🙏🏼
Yesterday, my neighbor was found deceased in his home by another concerned neighbor. I watched as he was carefully carried away in a body bag. Such finality. As I looked over this morning at his now empty home, this poem came to mind. Life is precious and fragile.
“Another morning and I wake…”
That sounds like a good set up to me!
Had me at “97% cheese.” 😅
Brilliant. I’m an instant fan.
Good morning. How lovely! That shot is frame worthy! And I bet those woods are filled with bird song.
Incredibly sad. It will be our ruination. Meanwhile, you’ll find me hanging out with the poets……
Well said, Jarret. I have been thinking exactly the same. We are losing the value of lived experience, of feeling and emotion. Lose that and we've lost everything.
That Chavez-DeRemer's FATHER was preying on her staff is so incredibly icky, I don't even know where to start.
Completely agree, Jarret. Hers is quite the narrow view.
Stunning view!
Oh, gracious! James, that is stunning!
It really is fun to seem them sipping from the plants. I plant lots of zinnias, which they seem to love. Will have to try the vermillion. Thanks for the tip!
Heartbreaking.
This breaks my heart. Trump’s narcissism is like the worst kind of wrecking ball. He can’t let anyone else upstage him. Not even a dead former president.
“Never have we seen so little effort to hide so much corruption.” That’s the part that galls me.
I’m grateful for your consistent voice, @chrismurphyct.bsky.social
We sure do!
