Beautiful!! One of my favourite birds!
My life changed when my fear of chronic disease became greater than my fear of changing habits
Now I:
• Move daily
• Prioritize sleep
• Manage stress
• Eat whole foods
• Value prevention
No. Hope it’s a good event. x
Great shot!

I'm a doctor.
And I've noticed something about longevity:
It's not about extremes.
It's about:
• Quality sleep
• Nourishing food
• Consistent movement
• Meaningful connection
That's the foundation.

Never underestimate how hard sick and disabled people work just to stay alive every day

"Lower turnover rates for nurses and senior doctors at hospital level were associated with better health outcomes for patients with emergency hospital admissions."
The question for me is why we have to keep spelling this out.
