A special celebration for Aldridge Education came with this set of results, as we had our 100th (and 101st!) pass for a staff member at an Aldridge Education school. We love our national network on these courses!

🎟️ 'The new NPQs have changed professional development landscape, but their impact is flatlining'

@growing-together.bsky.social lead, Poppy Nobes

I love delivering the NPQs. However, the current course structure leaves many participants without the chance to take the theoretical and make it practical.

My debut piece in Schools Week calls upon the DfE to consider this during the evolution of the NPQ frameworks 🌱
