Been playing Delvebound (Elder Scrolls mod for 2014 5e), 5e (2024), Daggerheart, Apothecaria, and I just tried Yazeba’s Bed and Breakfast out which was really cute!

I was considering with going for a half-size discbound so I could keep it small & portable of it but I thought I would have to re-do the pages anyway. I already had supplies for letter from school. If I decide to make another journal in the future I might invest in discbound because its versatile. 💖

Yay! I was hitting a dead end with my A5. I just can't find an aesthetic binder big enough to keep all the info I want in it. So if I would have to have an ugly binder anyway I figured I'd just switch to letter. So much more approachable and less fussy. :] I'm glad you had both sizes available!

I'm pretty new to world building and I've been using the Spectacular Settlements book by Lore Smyth. It's a pretty straightforward book but the roll tables seemed thorough and I liked that there were worksheets for each type of settlement at the back to fill since I like analogue. :]

We got the beer and donuts but we ran out of time. When we got back the Gregs were ignoring us and sulking. My character, Carol from HR, tried to talk them into coming off strike but they weren’t having it. (2/3)

In my Sunday campaign I play middle management for a demon lord defending a dungeon from a hero. We have construction Ogre underlings named The Gregs. The Gregs decided that if we didn’t get donuts and beer to them by a certain time they were going to go on beer strike. (1/3) #daggerheart #ttrpg

I like stores like that a lot better. Those gaming stores are pretty much in the city about an hour away. The ones local in my 'burb are most the Warhammer variety with very little D&D stuff for sale. My favorite game shop has board games, comics, and a whole wall of TTRPG stuff its great!

Rarely. Between being an introvert & being a woman, bleh. The demographic of D&D players is different now but back when I started I knew less women. I have experienced misogyny and sexual harassment at my tables. I’d rather be online. 🫣

You could identify the specific pain points of your target market and then address them specifically. Since they don't know a lot maybe they don't know your solution is the answer to their problem. Something like a "Is this you? -you struggle with XYZ" They explain to them why marketing matters.

Lol, so I made Mairead because I had been listening to a lot of podcasts on cults and I thought it would be interesting to explore the idea of a character who came into a cult as a child and left as an adult. Except in doing that she became a mirror of my childhood trauma (not in a cult). Rood.

Then she bares her bloody teeth at everyone in the room and hisses at them like a crazy woman and they all were frightened and fled. Enjoying this flavor of Druid so much lol 😂 10/10 vibes 3/3

My character who has been carrying around a durzog head reaches down and smears blood all over her mouth and in her teeth. She takes her sword calls upon Namira the Daedric prince of the underworld and brings her wrath on a goblin and flatlines him. 2/3
