Is this hoar frost or something else? Long columnar formations coating virtually everything, especially in shady areas. Seems to have grown longer over successive days. No precip. Clear skies. In KTN.

Some of my favorites were the ones growing vertically from the ice on a muskeg pond. Found a few that were about 2” tall!
