I think time distance helped Murtagh feel like a much more well rounded book.

The Fork, The Witch, and The Worm was also a great little collection of short stories.

I absolutely loved the Inheritance Cycle growing up, I still love it today too but fully acknowledge that the first 4 books had plenty of issues.

The newest book, Murtagh was fantastic though and it was great to see how much Paolini has grown as an author.
