Feeling positive today. 5k walk yesterday and a productive phone call with my Dr this morning followed by a short walk to town. I'm now lying in the sofa exhausted and in lots of pain but hey ho, that's the way it does #fibromyalgia

Lovely walk in the sunshine. My #fibromyalgia pain was horrendous & I'm as slow as a tortoise but so glad to be out walking again ❤️
