Asking the important questions, John! This, surely is a matter of self-definition? Kent believes it is big in the same way I believe I am slim… Wont have anyone tell me otherwise!

Unleaded 95 now just 218.9 a litre, as Strait of Hormuz declared “open” by both Iran and the USA. Is it all over? Who knows, but what a deeply strange and fascinating moment in history we’ve all just experienced…

Mayor warns of London 'disinformation blizzard' on social media Sir Sadiq Khan claims London is being targeted with disinformation portraying it as a city

Londoners consistently vote for breathing cleaner air, yet negative online narratives about the clean air zone, have led to the criminal cutting down of cameras in outer London and terrifying use of explosives to blow up a ULEZ camera close to people's homes.

This research caused quite a stir when published, because it pins the rise of disinformation in local politics on the yawning communications chasm between local authorities and their citizens. I agree. bsky.app/profile/gran...

Interestingly the price of Unleaded 95 is now 232.9, down 15% from the record high of 274.9 just 13 days ago, but still up 61% from the pre-war price of 169.9 a litre.

Very interesting new research finds disinformation circulates not as facts which can be balanced with counter-facts, but as compelling narratives with deep cultural resonance. Street changers, take note! bsky.app/profile/alic...

Fewer service stations running out of petrol and diesel as Australia’s fuel supplies remain strong, energy minister says As of Saturday morning, Australia had 39 days’ worth of petrol, 29 days’ worth of diesel and 30 days’ worth of jet fuel amid ongoing strong demand

Price of Unleaded 95 still decreasing at my local petrol station - now at 244.9, down 30c or 10% from the peak a few days ago. Apparently there is plenty of petrol available... Are we about to quietly Y2K this whole situation?

I am *obsessed* with the #Artemis2 livestream from the Orion spacecraft. Mind-blowing visuals of our incredible earth seen from space, just casually relayed via YouTube like it is the most normal thing ever... www.youtube.com/watch?v=6Rwf... #NASA #ArtemisII

Interesting! Price of Unleaded 95 has now gone down 20c a litre in 3 days (274.9 > 254.9), after the Australian government halved the duty on petrol by 26c a litre. However, still up 50% since the start of the war, and presumably likely to peak again if demand increases?

‘Changing a city is complicated’: Anne Hidalgo looks back on 12 years as Paris mayor Political veteran says she faced ‘French misogyny and machismo’ while making Paris greener and more peaceful

“Changing a city is complicated, because even the most progressive people don’t want to alter their habits. To succeed, you have to have a strategy, be determined and, yes, accept being unpopular.”
