It took a while to get some of my team over to the physicals area. I don’t blame them. I think it’s the shorts.

It was hard to ignore. Ensign Veera spotting for Lieutenant Abbadi, screaming louder than any person her size should possibly be able to. Lieutenant Abbadi was also about one breath away from tossing that barbell into the ceiling. Quite the sight.

But if you’re on the security team, maybe this is just what you do for fun. My underdeck sector was in the gym for their routine physical and of course, security was in there.

It’s no surprise that when you’re travelling through space on a giant cruiser, there’s only so much you can do to keep yourself busy between stops at refuelling stations.

While members of the crew have a set amount of physical activity they're required to keep up with each month, it's up to them whether they want to go any further than that.
