Someone could be a biromantic lesbian, for example. Or homoromantic asexual. Or queersexual panromantic. Or allosexual aromantic, aka alloaro.

Sensual - experiencing attraction or desire to engage in physical (but not sexual) intimacy with someone

Untangling the modes of attraction can make sense of what would otherwise be confusing experiences!

Emotional - experiencing appeal or desire for emotional intimacy with someone
Aesthetic - the experience of finding a person’s presentation appealing, whether visually such as style or appearance, or their physicality, mannerisms, and voice

Here are some types of attraction that can be experienced independently:

Sexual - experiencing attraction or desire to engage in sexual acts or a relationship with someone
Romantic - experiencing attraction or desire to engage in romance or a romantic relationship with someone

someone may be sexually attracted to someone, but not desire a romantic relationship with them, or vice versa. And that’s only accounting for two types of attraction, when many more exist!

Split Attraction Model (SAM) is based on the idea that types of attraction can be distinguished from each other and experienced separately, rather than bound together in a monolith. Within this framework, it’s possible that
